Graduate Rackham International

​The home of the international graduate student
​community at the University of Michigan
​Graduate Rackham International (GRIN) is a student-run organization sponsored by the Rackham Graduate School to foster a diverse and inclusive community at the University of Michigan while providing the international graduate student community and those who identify as international or multi-ethnic, racial, or cultural with tools to grow professionally and personally.​

  • ​We organize mentorship programs, social, and professional events to supplement and enhance the international student experience during and after graduate school
  • We work with the Graduate School and other schools and colleges to support professional development and other initiatives to benefit international graduate students at the University
  • We advocate for issues affecting international students at all levels ranging from the university community to the federal government
  • We sponsor cultural and educational programs to spread awareness of world cultures and traditions at the University of Michigan

Announcement

GRIN won two Michigan difference student leadership (MDSL) awards in 2020. GRIN won the MDSLA Student Org of the Year award and the Global Impact Award! Congratulations to all the members of GRIN family!
